Shipping policy

Free Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50, shipped within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside the continental U.S. are excluded from this offer. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and is valid on one shipping address per order — orders requiring multiple shipping addresses will be charged separately for each address.

Standard Shipping 

Standard orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been completed. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive within five (5) to nine (9) business days of the ship date (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Express Shipping 

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT, or on weekends/holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping 

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive the next business day, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Order Changes and Cancellations 

To cancel or change an order, please call 216-459-2400 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate the request, but once an order has entered the shipping process it cannot be changed or canceled.
