Refund policy

Returns 

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for orders placed directly through our website. Email support@btr-llc.com with your order number to request a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Note: Vaultz® combination lock products are only eligible for return if the plastic safety tab is still intact and woven through the numbers.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you purchased from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target), all returns and exchanges must be processed directly through that retailer.

Replacements 

We provide a free replacement for defective items purchased directly from our website within sixty (60) days of purchase. Email support@btr-llc.com with your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos of the issue. Replacements typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Warranty 

We stand behind the durability of our products but do not offer an extended manufacturer warranty. Direct website purchases are covered by our 30-day return policy and 60-day replacement policy for manufacturer defects. Purchases from other retailers must be handled directly through them.
